俺是俄语生，翻译英语实在是有难度 在旅客群体性突发事件预警意义的基础上，对引发旅客群体性突发事件的内生警源、外生警源及其两者之间的关系进行了研究。在群体心理学理论的基础上分析了旅客突发事件的生成机理，构建了非线性的航班延误情境下旅客群体性突发事件预警体系。 |

| The characteristic of internal and external crisis origin and the relationship of the mutual reaction of the two were investigated on the basis of early warning of passenger mass emergency. In the light of the group psychology theory the formation principle of passenger mass emergency was analyzed and the early warning system of passenger mass emergency was constructed under the circumstances of non-linear flight delay. |
