求高人帮我看看这句话是什么意思?

| I suggest to explain the mentioned detection limit in the manuscript more honostly. This is a calculated value extrapolated from measurements at significantly higher concentrations. As long as the authors do not show that indeed they can determine such low concentrations in a unknown sample experimentally they should be more precise and explain what this "detection limit" means. |
