投了篇measurement science and technology 审稿意见回来了

年前投了篇measurement science and technology，一个多月审稿意见回来了，总共8个问题，还不错，不知道会不会遇到二审？ Dear Dr ** TITLE: *** AUTHORS: *** We have now received the referee report(s) on this paper, which is being considered by Measurement Science and Technology. The referee(s) have recommended that substantial changes be made to your paper. Please can you revise your paper following the referee recommendations, and then send us the revised version together with a list of the changes you have made. This will help the referee(s) to make the final decision. Please note that if you do not fully revise your paper and the referee(s) are not satisfied with the responses that you have made, your paper may still be rejected. First referee's report: Paper deals with an interesting version of and instrument constructed according ASPM standard ***. Its properties are demonstrated in measurement of the ****. Uncertainty analysis is enclosed. Paper, in principle, might be recommended for publication in Measurement Science and Technology however authors have to complete text and substantialy revise the confused parts of the text. Comments: Second referee's report： The paper proposes a method for improving *** measurement **, mainly avoiding the effect of ***. The underlying idea (to perform * measurements with ***) is original and smart. The work itself, merites to be published and it represents a nice contribution to the ** characterization field. Nevertheless, there are some formal aspects and some ideas that should be improved and clarifyed before final publication. In general, the text must be improved by correcting typos and by reformulating sentences in correct English.
