[求助] 请问有人知道在DS药效团中，config值和什么有关？

我在使用ds做药效团时，config值一直在18~19徘徊，而要求是小于17，请问有人知道 config值和什么有关吗？如果了解这个，有助于问题的解决，下面附上ds自己的说明，我是没看懂，有人能够看懂并解释一下的话，感激不尽。
The configuration component is a constant cost, which depends on the complexity of the hypothesis space being optimized. It is equal to the entropy of the hypothesis space.
The configuration is log2P, where P is the number of initial hypotheses created in the constructive phase and that survived the subtractive phase. In standard HypoGen mode, the configuration should not be greater than 17.0.
