Usually，I do exercise everyday, on the half-way to work. Recently, haze stops my exercise. How terrible! Hope the weather goes well soon.

May2012: 金币+5, haha, it rained this morning, I\'m so happy that I can have a excuse to cancle the jogging plan today....but it turned to be clouldy this aftenoon....so maybe I still have to go out to do some exercise tonight....:( 2013-03-01 16:37:49
I can see many person was jogging in our residential area, especially in the winter, some of them were all wet though they only wore a short sleeves. When at this time I will make a decision to do some exercise.
But when I start to jogging or play ping pang  or badmintion for several times, I will no  have the patience~~~~, and then nothing can persist in it
Wish you can persevere in it and you wil become more and more healthy and beautiful~~~~
