[求助] 审稿人要摘要i译文重写,本人英语太差,跪求大家帮看看我差在哪

摘 要 以废瓷粉、广西白泥、碳化硅、硅微粉为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,
加适量水配置成耐碱浇注料。通过调整碳化硅的加入量,研究碳化硅对耐碱浇注料性能影响,
以及浇注料的耐碱侵蚀机理。结果表明:随碳化硅加入量的增加,试样体积密度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,耐压强度和抗折强度都有不同程度的降低,当烧结完全后,强度又呈增加趋势。在加热过程中,碳化硅氧化成一层致密的氧化膜,其阻止了碱蒸汽的侵蚀。当碳化硅添加6~8%时,试样的耐碱等级达到一级,耐碱侵蚀能力明显增加。



Abstract: Alkali resistant castable , which was configured by the waste porcelain
powder,Guangxi white mud,silicon carbide and silicon powder as main raw materials,calcium
aluminate cement as binder and appropriate amount of water.then by adjusting the amount of silicon carbide to study the impact of alkali resistant castable and the erosion mechanismon of alkali resistant castable by silicon carbide. The results showed that with the increasing of silicon carbide , volume of sample density increased first and then decreased, the compressive strength and bending strength were reduced in different degree, when sintering was completed,the  Strength showed an increasing trend. The silicon carbide form a layer of compact smooth film gradually in the heating process of oxidation , which prevented alkali vapor erosion. when the silicon carbide added 6 ~8%, samplelevel reached the level of alkali, alkaline erosion ability increased significantly.
