| 前一回复有小小笔误，现更正如下：With high speed development in science and technologies nowadays, people inevitably raise new demands of materials, and miniaturization, high-density integration and high-desnity storage of devices and components drive the researches on materials towards smaller scales. On the other hand, along with development of the nanotechnology, people need in-depth studies on some mesoscale physical phenomena such as nanoscale structures, optics, magnetism, as well as low-dimension-related quantum size effect. In the past few years, the quasi-one-dimensional nanostructure materials have become the forefront and hot spot of nanotechnology field, attracting wide attention. |
