On the other hand, along with development of the nanotechnology, people need in-depth studies on some mesoscale physical phenomena such as nanoscale structures, optics, magnetism, as well as low-dimension-related quantum size effect. In the past few years, the quasi-one-dimensional nanostructure materials have become the forefront and hot spot of nanotechnology field, attracting wide attention. |
