在科技高速发展的今天,人们必然对材料提出新的需求,元器件的小型化、高密度集成、高密度存储等促使材料的研究向更小尺寸方向发展。另一方面,随着纳米科技的发展,人们需要对一些介观尺度的物理现象,如纳米尺度的结构、光学、磁学以及与低维相关的量子尺寸效应等现象进行深入的研究。最近几年,准一维纳米结构材料成为纳米科技领域的前沿和热点,吸引了广泛的关注。

With high speed development in science and technologies nowadays, people inevitably raise new demands of materials, and miniaturization, high-density integration and high-desnity storage of devices and components drive the researches on materials towards smaller scales. On the other hand, along with development of the nanotechnology, people need in-depth studies on some mesoscale physical phenomena such as nanoscale structures, optics, magnetism, and low-dimension-related quantum size effect. In the past few years, the quasi-one-dimensional nanostructure material s have become the forefront and hot spot of nanotechnology field, attracting wide attention.
