中文摘要： 模仿生物体内生物大分子调控无机物矿化和进一步分级自组装形成有机-无机复合纳米材料，是现代仿生合成研究的重要方向和前沿课题之一。本项目通过以多肽分子作模板，介导合成具有特定结构和形貌的纳米材料进行系统、全面的研究，得到以下几点有意义的科学发现：1、阐明了以多肽分子介导的仿生合成硅材料的关健机理及影响因素，即多肽分子通过其表面的功能基团在界面与无机离子相互作用，介导无机离子的形核、长大以构成自组装体的基本单元，然后进一步诱导其自组装形成特定结构和形貌的纳米结构材料。2、通过考察多肽分子量、溶液浓度、电场等物化条件对矿化产物的影响，建立了几种特定结构和形貌的有机-无机纳米材料合成的最佳条件及调控措施，包括球状结构、棒状结构、片状结构及空心球等。3、本项目首次建立了利用液相原子力显微镜（AFM）的原位技术，结合莹光标记的激光共聚焦显微镜技术(LSCM)，对反应过程进行原位、实时动态跟踪，为机理的理解及建立提供直接的实验证据。本项目的研究成果对新型功能材料的仿生制备具有实验及理论的指导意义，能够对仿生合成理论及相关的科学问题产生影响。 中文主题词： 多肽分子、纳米硅生物材料、介导、仿生合成、生物矿化 英文摘要: Biomimetic synthesis is one of important directions and current topics of modern biomineralization research,in which biological macromolecules induce the biomineralization of inorganic ion and further hierarchical self-assembly to form organic-inorganic nanocomposite materials. This project studied systemally that polypeptide molecules as templates mediated the synthesis of silica materials with a specific structure and morphology ,and the main study conclusions are as following: 1.The results of research reveal the mechanism and key factors of biomimetic synthesis of silica materials tailored by polypeptide. The polypeptide molecules mediated the nucleation, growth of inorganic ion to form the basic unit of self-assembly through the interaction of surface functional groups of polypeptide and inorganic ion. The basic unit formed further self-assembly to develop a specific structure and morphology of inorganic materials.2.We provide the preparation conditions of several specific structures and morphologies of silica materials, including spherical, rod-like, sheel-like and hollow sphere structure.3.Liquid atomic force microscopy (AFM) and laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) with fluorescence tags were firstly performed to track in-situ and real-time the reaction process, and provide the direct experimental evidence for understanding the mechanism.
