请教大家一个English service的问题

一次大修和一次小修过后编辑又发了一个小修（期刊是国内的英文期刊），内容如下： It is a pleasure to accept your manuscript for publication. The formal acceptance will be made after the final revision and pre-editing. Our editor will contact you about the details of the final revision. Authors are suggested to seek English service before sending the final version. If significant corrections are still required, authors will be subject to a surcharge for these corrections made during pre-editing. Corrections will be sent to you for checking and confirmation. Editor will upload the final version of your manuscript for you.
