[求助] IEEE 期刊论文修改说明，请高手指点

各位前辈，前面收到IEEE Sensors Journal 杂志的“accepted for publication ”通知，根据要求修改后发回去，有如下回复：
If it is a regular manuscript, your paper will be published in the next available issue. If it is for a special issue, it will be published according to the special issue schedule.
When your galley proofs are ready, you will receive an e-mail notification and instructions from the publisher.

If you did not already do so during the initial submission of your manuscript, please also fill out the electronic copyright form by logging into your author center and clicking the "transfer copyright" link next to the paper in the "manuscripts with decisions" queue. This will lead you through a series of steps to transfer your copyright to IEEE, and you will have the opportunity to download a pdf version when you have completed the process.

Failure to complete the electronic copyright form may result in delays publishing your paper.

我问的是：
1.galley proofs 是不是过段时间杂志会发个通知过来？一般要多少时间？
2.transfer copyright 根据他的提示，没找到，我忘了当时有没有提交copyright ，这个是不是指现在就得发个copyright 过去？还是等收到galley proofs 后，再把copyright 发过去？

这个等通知即可

我前面20号把版权邮件发回去了，顺便问了下什么时候publish，但这么多天了回信也没有。以前投稿时过了几个月也吹过稿，发邮件也没回音的。不知道怎么办了。

在出版前夕，会发一个galley proofs 让你校对稿件的排好版的版本。
如果你以前没有提交版权转让，在出版前必须提交，如果没有
相关链接，可以联系出版社。

这位大哥，我想再问下，他说PDF格式的会immediate pre-publication of papers， 然后会校对好的正式的替代pre-publication 版本。那版权是在pre-publication出来之前，还是正式的校对好的之前？

另外，他说： If it is a regular manuscript, your paper will be published in the next available issue.  我网上查了下他们已经到issue 4了，也就是到四月。那我这个是不是5月的期刊，即issue 5就会正式出版了？

应该是online之前提交版权转让。具体可联系出版社。
the next available issue也未必就是你说的issue5，
这个说不准，出版社最清楚，你可以询问他们。
