层层自组装(layer by layer self-assembly,LbL)是一种重要的薄膜制备技术,它具有组装基元和驱动力多样、操作简单、条件温及可在非平面上制备等诸多优点。在膜分离、催化、生物传感器以及抗感染方面有着重要的应用价值。特别是具有抗菌型的多层膜在生物医用材料抗感染方面的应用越来越受到人们的关注,具有潜在的研究价值。 本文将钆-诺氟沙星(Gd-NFLX)分别与Dawson结构钨磷酸盐(P2W18)、一缺位Dawson结构钒取代磷钨酸盐(P2W17V)、二缺位Dawson结构钒取代磷钨酸盐(P2W16V2)、夹心结构铜修饰锑钨酸盐(SbW9Cu3) 、夹心结构铜修饰铋钨酸盐(BiW9Cu3)交替沉积制备多层抗菌膜,并对薄膜性质进行了研究。具体内容如下: (2) 以层层自组装技术制备了P2W17V/Gd-NFLX多层膜,利用紫外跟踪了膜的增长过程,并对薄膜的抗菌效果、电化学性质、荧光性质、表面形貌以及膜的稳定性进行了系列的研究。研究结果表明:薄膜具有很好的光滑度透明度,同时呈现出优异的电化学性能和抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌杀菌持久,杀菌率高达99%,另外薄膜在0~100℃范围内非常稳定,而薄膜中的Gd-NFLX被P2W17V猝灭。 [ Last edited by lize886622 on 2013-2-17 at 15:36 ] |

Layer by layer self-assembly (LbL) is an important film preparation technique. It has lots of advantages such as the diversity of assembly primitives and driving force, the simple operation, and possible preparation on non-planar plate. Hence it is of great applications in field of membrane separation, catalysis, biosensors, and anti-infective. Especially, more and more attention has been paid to its potential application in biomedical materials with antibacterial multilayer film resistance to infection. In this paper, Gadolinium-norfloxacin (Gd-NFLX) was combined with some other materials by alternately deposition to prepare the antibacterial multilayered films and their properties were studied. These materials include the tungsten phosphate with dawson structure (P2W18), vanadium replaced phosphorus tungstate with dawson structure (P2W17V), vanadium substituted phosphortungstate with dawson structure (P2W16V2), the copper modified antimony tungstate with sandwich structure (SbW9Cu3), the copper modified bismuth tungstate with sandwich structure (BiW9Cu3), The specific contents are as follows: (2) P2W17V/Gd-NFLX multilayers has been prepared by self-assembly technique. The antimicrobial effect, the electrochemical and fluorescence properties, surface morphology, and membrane stability of the layers has been systematically investigated by tracking the growth process of the film using UV technique. It reveals that the film is of great transparency and smoothness, while presents excellent electrochemical performance and antimicrobial performance. It could do lasting sterilization against Escherichia coli, and the sterilization rate is up to 99%. Moreover, such film is very stable within the temperature range of 0 ~ 100 ℃, but the Gd-NFLX was quenched by P2W17V in this film. 看没人帮你,你就将就吧,仅供参考。 ![]() |
