关于投稿中Response to Technical Check Results的问题

前几天在艾斯维尔上头的论文，今天收到邮件说是没通过技术审查（好像是这么个意思），让我修改后传一份Response to Technical Check Results。邮件中提了几点问题我不是很懂 1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. 2) Please provide a running title (less than 70 characters, including spaces) in addition to article title. 3) Each figure and table should be uploaded as a separate file. 4) Please provide captions along with the figures in addition to the collected figure caption list. 5) Every page of the manuscript including the pages that contain figures and tables should be numbered. 第2点中的 running title指的是不是段落的小标题？ 第3点中图和表单独上传，指的是所有的图放在一个word里，所有的表放另外一word里，和正文分开传？还是说每一张图或每一张表都要单独放一个word？ 另外在正文中后面用不用列出各图表的标题？ |

Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. 英文不行，请改进 2) Please provide a running title (less than 70 characters, including spaces) in addition to article title. 在页眉处插入短标题，不超过70个字符（包括空格在内） 3) Each figure and table should be uploaded as a separate file. 每个图表都要作为单独文件上传 4) Please provide captions along with the figures in addition to the collected figure caption list. 除了图的标题页（一般放在正文的参考文献后面），还需要在图的文件中也提供图的标题。 5) Every page of the manuscript including the pages that contain figures and tables should be numbered. 加页码，包括图表页也需要页码 |
