yeah, as you have pointed, safety should be put in the first place. it seems that travelling by train is better than by vehicles, regarding both safety and economis. however, crowds of people are trying to go home by train and it is not easy to buy the tickets. although the goverment claims that many efforts have been made to improve the bad situiations, I still feel it difficult to get a ticket. i hope the new leaders can make a difference and everyone  can get home for the Spring festival safely!

Is there suspects found who perpetrate?
There must have witness or there must have evidence by the victims.
And no one can be easily condemnable or nabbed or acquitted.
There need a verdicts and need a lawsuit by the prestige justice.

It is misery that I have to work  in a distant city from home. And my salary are not enough to surpport my family to live in the city. The way home are always exhausting and dangerous.
