standard drug和reference drug有什么区别？

在一篇审稿中看到standard drug和reference drug同时出现，一个药物是standard drug，而另一个是reference drug，这两个名词有什么区别呢？ 谢谢大家~~ |

意思的差别应该在standard和reference。 standard：something established as a measure or model to which other similar things should conform. reference：adjective Referring to a standard or norm noun Medical communication noun 1. A note in an article or publication that refers the reader to another passage or source 2. An entry in a bibliography; a citation of previously published material, which includes author names, title of the article, journal, yr, volume and pages in which it was published standard的含义应该没有异议，standard drug就是标准药品，即检测某新药功效的参照标准。 按上面的解释，其实reference很多时候指的就是standard，但是如果reference和standard不同的话，那我认为应该就有一种比较的含义在了，比如前人已经研究过的、发过文章说明的就应该是reference drug。 比如前人用标准品A研究了药物B的效果，结果证明B不错。然后，我要研究药物C，就拿了原始参照A，和已经验证过的B一起实验。 那么A就是standard drug，B是reference drug。 |
