“ANCILLARY INFORMATION SHOULD APPEAR IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE REFERENCES: ---PDB ID Codes: include the PDB ID codes and a written statement in the revision cover letter that the coordinates have been deposited. They must be released immediately upon publication."
