please indicate clearly what is new and novel in terms of chemistry or physics in this report. 请从物理或者化学的角度讲清楚报告中有什么新意和创新点。 Just present some experimental observation is not enough for the publication in the JPOL. （如果文章）只提供一些实验现象是不足以在JPOL上发表的。 如果楼主能够参考审稿意见作出到位的修改，还是可以再投的，不过貌似要突出创新点，分析和讨论要足够深入，不能只是就事论事。 |
