谢谢楼主，把原文附上了。 这里我是这样理解的，作者对两种药物治疗的效果进行了比较，其中，药物1是Peg-interferon lambda ， 药物2是Peg-interferon alpha 。 采用了3个指标对2种药物进行比较，分别是dose reductions, flue-like symptoms, bone marrow suppression。 作者的结果发现，药物1治疗的这几个指标都比药物2要低。 特别地，就dose reductions指标而言，药物1治疗的病人中有3.8%需要dose reduction,药物2治疗的病人中需要dose reduction的占18.8%.翻译成剂量减低， less dose reduction 翻译成 较少的剂量减低 请参看关于该干扰素的临床报告的另一段话，如下： The proportion of patients that required interferon dose reductions were: lambda 240 µg: 12.7%; lambda 180 µg: 3.8%; lambda 120 µg: 0.8%; alfa: 18.8%, and the proportion of patients that withheld and/or reduced ribavirin were: lambda 240 µg: 11.2%; lambda 180 µg: 4.6%; lambda 120 µg: 10.2%; alfa: 20.3%. The proportion of patients who required ribavirin dose reductions for anemia were: lambda 240 µg: 0.7%; lambda 180 µg: 1.5%; lambda 120 µg: 2.3%; alfa: 12.8%. 总的结论是，病人用药物1后，更少的人要求减低剂量。 |
