| 在Materials Chemistry and Physics投了一篇文章，Technical check以后，编辑回了封信，里面有一条2) The article should be accompanied by a declaration, which states that: the article is original, has been written by the stated authors who are all aware of its content and approve its submission, no conflict of interest exists, or if such conflict exists, the exact nature of the conflict must be declared and if accepted, the article will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in any language, without the written consent of the publisher. 但是实际上在传文章时，有一个栏目叫Enter Comments，我已经写过这些东西了，难道要把声明附在Manuscript上么，还是怎么回事？求大神指导啊，急。在线等。 |
