[交流] 收到 Journal of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics 审稿信，是怎么回事呢？已有2人参与

小弟最近收到了 Journal of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics 期刊的审稿信，可是一看抬头是 Dear Colleague，而非针对我的，更何况我做的不是这个期刊相关的研究，我该怎么办呢？

我还查了下这个期刊两天前还给我发邮件，Call for articles，邀请投稿。的确有点搞不懂了。是现在的开放性期刊都广泛给人约稿吗？

Dear Colleague,

A manuscript titled ?Antimicrobial activity of unexpected cyclopalladate complexes resulted from cyclopalladation of schiff base derived from cinnamaldehyde with 2-amino phenol? was received by us for publication. We will be highly obliged if you could find time to review the manuscript. Please find the abstract below:

ABSTRACT

Reaction of equimolar amounts of Pd(OAc)2 with Schiff base ligand (C6H5CH=CH?CH=N?C6H4?2OH)(L) gave the dimmeric acetato bridged cyclopalladate complex(1) with folded open book shape structure, when the ligand was acted as bidentate through activated aliphatic carbon atom and azomethen nitrogen atom. This is unexpected result while the expected result is that the ligand acts as tridentate ligand through activated aliphatic carbon atom, azomethine nitrogen atom and hydroxyl oxygen atom. Complex(1) was treated with NaCl, NaBr and NaI and gave the corresponding halido bridged complexes(2), (3) and (4), respectively with unfolded planar structure. The reaction of complex(2) with pyridine and complex(3) with triphenyl phosphine gave the monomeric complexes (5) and (6), respectively. All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized via microanalytical data and spectral tools (IR, electronic, Mass and 1HNMR) spectroscopy. The ligand and the complexes were tested as antimicrobial agents and showed high activity as antibacterial and antifungal agents. Also the minimum inhibitor concentrations (MIC) of the new compounds were determined by serial dilution method.
