跪请帮助翻译一下一段话 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种以持续存在气流受限为特征，以气道、肺实质及血管慢性炎症为核心的多因素构成的疾病。二肽基肽酶Ⅳ分布于人体多种组织中，参与许多不同的生理过程，血清中水溶性二肽基肽酶IV（sDPPIV）水平改变可能与多种疾病有关。有研究表明，sDPPIV血清浓度与年龄、吸烟因素无关，可能对COPD具有早期血清学辅助诊断意义。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is characterized by the presence of prolonged airflow limitation. It is comprised of multiple factors and mainly associated with chronic inflammation in airway, lung parenchyma and blood vessels. Dipeptidyl peptidase IV are distributed in a variety of human tissues and involved in many different physiological processes. The alteration of the water-soluble dipeptidyl peptidase IV (sDPPIV) level in serum might be associated with a variety of diseases. It has been shown that sDPPIV concentration in serum is not related with age or smoking, thus it may be of significance in early serological diagnosis of COPD. |
