从图4-6中还可看出对DDS固化的环氧树脂来说初始分解温度和快速分解温度均较高,但后期残炭量却较低,热分解程度也有所提高,六对氨基苯氧基环三磷腈固化环氧树脂则正好相反,说明含磷氮的环三磷腈系列阻燃剂只是在高温阶段才起到阻燃作用,在温度要求相对较低条件下使用含磷腈阻燃剂对热固性环氧树脂材料的热稳定性反而不好。

It is also shown in figure 4-6 that both the initial decomposition temperature and the rapid decomposition temperature of DDS toughened epoxy resin were fairly high, however, in the late stage, the anount of carbon residue was very low, and its thermal decomposition also increased. On the other hand, hexalis-(4-aminphenoxy)-cyclotriphosphazene toughened expoxy resin exhibited the opposite properties, indicating that the cyclotriphosphazene flame retardents which contains N and P only work at high temperature. If the temperature requirment is low, cyclotriphosphazene have negative effect on the thermostability of thermosetting epoxy resin.
