从表2还可以看出,随着六氨基苯氧基含量的增加,环氧树脂中磷氮元素的含量也逐步增加,初始分解温度和初始快速分解温度虽有所降低,但第二阶段的热稳定性和高温时的残炭量却明显提高,这对减缓高温时环氧树脂的迅速燃烧和提高树脂的自熄性有着重要的作用,这也是含磷元素特别是含磷腈化合物作为膨胀型阻燃剂阻燃的最关键因素所在。

As shown in Table 2, the content of phosphorus and nitrogen in epoxy resin increased gradually with the increase of hexaaminophenoxy content. Though the initial decomposition temperature and initial rapid decomposition temperature exhibited a slight decrease, the thermostability and carbon residue at high temperature showed an obvious increase. This plays important role in moderating the rapid combustion of epoxy resin at high temperature and increasing the self extinguishing character of the resin. It is also the key factor for using phosphorous element especially phosphorus nitrile as intumenscent flame-retardant agent.
