大家好！准备去哈佛访学
哈佛给我发了个Harvard University Visitor Participation Agreement
关于知识产权的协议，内容没问题，就是需要签字，我琢磨了半天都没弄明白，请教下，该怎么签？非常感谢！

我现在准备去哈佛访问学者，哈佛也给我发了个Harvard University Visitor Participation Agreement，这个关于知识产权的协议，条款内容很霸王啊，上面要个人和单位签字。
想问问，论坛里还有人遇到过吗？这个协议能放心签吗？只是个人签、还是个人和单位都签？这个是在去哈佛前发给对方，还是到哈佛才交？
另外还有个Acknowledgement of Risk and Release form，如何处理？
