Focus on daily happen things in foreign countries especially US to enrich your knowledge in that area, keep using English in mind 24 hours whatever seeing, thinking, talking or even dreaming. Get a dictionary handy so difficult words become easy after memorise for a few times.
What next will be English songs and movies you just sing along and repeat the movie character saying like you are a parrot.
These will definitely help.

If you aim for study aboard in future you need to pick category A - academic.

The test consists of four sessions to be held by two days.
Morning of day 1, candidates will be tested on listening, reading and composition.
Afternoon of day 1 or morning of day 2 would be for oral test.

A question card will be received that side A has questions for listening while side B has questions for reading.
Paper for listening will then be given, and collected at end of the test, replaced by paper for reading, and both card and paper will be collected at end of reading test.
And thirdly, question card and paper for composition will be issued that contains task 1 and 2.

Listening test last for 40 minutes and has four parts, part 1 has daily conversation between two people
, part 2 is a solo regarding daily life, part 3 has conversation regarding academic studies, and last one is a speech regarding thesis, the part 1 ~ 3 shall contain two paragraphs and candidates are allowed to answer immediately because the recording will NOT be repeated and the whole last for 30 minutes and 10 minutes is left for candidates to put answer to paper dedicated, and when time is done, paper will be collected and question card flip to side B for next session.

Reading test last for 1 hour and contains 3 parts, each has about 1200-1500 words, they related to 13-14 questions, and all together you will have 40 questions.

Composition test last for 1 hour also and has 2 task
Task 1 will require candidate to write an essay of 120 words in 20 minutes after viewing a picture (Academic) or a letter (General Training) Task 2 will be an argumentation of 250 words in 40 minutes
So it is better you first write the task 2 because the score for this part is major.

Oral test is operated on one to one basis and last for about 14 minutes. First you will be asked to introduce yourself and then you will see a question card and elaborate your answer accordingly and lastly the examiner will raise some odd questions to test your response, but everything would be around daily life in a foreign country, US most typically.

And therefore watch more foreign movies to obtain necessary communication skills and watch out for major news from newspapers or website, memorise names of few major government people and related matters.

When you talk, you should accompany your facial expressions, to show you are able to talk fluently to a foreigner.
