大概说的是一种XRD的测试方法，但是真心看不太懂，求高人！ An effective technique has been developed to elucidate the fine splitting of the individual Bragg reflection using two different diffractometers: (1) an Oxford Diffraction Gemini R charge coupled device (CCD) diffractometer to obtain the orientation of the crystal with respect to the diffractometer axes and (2) a PANalytical X’Pert Pro MRD for precise investigation of selected areas of reciprocal space. The MPD is a versatile high-resolution x-ray diffractometer (HRXRD) equipped with a solid-state PIXcel detector and flexible x-ray optics. |

楼上翻译得很到位。除了一点，个人认为仪器型号还是不要翻译的好 开发了一种有效技术，采用两种不同的衍射仪来揭示单个布拉格反射的精细结构劈裂，1. 利用牛津衍射公司（Oxford Diffraction） Gemini R型电荷耦合元件（CCD）衍射仪获取晶体与衍射仪轴的相对方向；2. 再使用帕纳科公司（PANalytical）X’Pert Pro MRD型衍射仪对选定的倒易空间进行精准探测。 MPD是一款通用的高分辨率X射线衍射仪（HRXRD），配备有固态的PIXcel矩阵探测器探测器和灵活的X射线光学器件。 |
