粉碎问题

| 我正在做一个药，不粉碎达不到我想要的粒度而导致溶出不好，粉碎就会有杂质增大，且稳定性不好（粉碎后比不粉碎的原料杂质增加快且大）？该怎么办？为什么呢？破坏单晶了？可是一定要粉碎啊？合成工艺上、结晶步奏上.....能解决吗？ |

For your reference: It’s better to ask your analytical group to help you. 1) Try force degradation by different temperature to understand if your impurity is from heat. Find the suitable temperature range for your 原料粉碎. 2) Add 1-5% water into your 原料, test impurity at different time points to understand if there is any hydrolysis from your原料. 3) Identify your impurity and understand what really happened during原料粉碎 and re-design your process to get ideal particle size. |
