It depends I think. However, this transportation policy can not come true. There are lots of drawbacks as　many as  the good ones. Just as some other bugs says if we do like LZ says, everyone will buy the stand-ticket. When it happends,we will find empty seats whenever we get on the train. So......not half price,maybe little lower.......

It seems unfair and it need to be changed. But it is difficult to put forward a perfect solution.

yeah. Many peasant-workers don't know how to use computer or telephone to book a ticket. Perhaps our office should provide  rational privilege.

basically, people pay more money for more confort.
since it's better to sleep than sit, and better to sit than stand, the pay should also decrease accordingly.
