i hold the opinion that stangding tickets should be cheaper than the sitting tickets , but it is not necessary to cut down the price by half . as we all know ,train is filled with people everywhere when it is rush hour or other vacations like spring festival and so on ,so if the standing ticket price is cut down too much ,many people will choose train , then it will be harder to get tickets and too crowd on the train . cheaper is prefered , but not too much ……

Under this condition, the selling of standing-tickets should be arranged after the selling-out of seat-tickets. Thus, it will be fair to everyone.

As an undergraduate, i often buy student ticket through Internet, so i don't have to worry about tickets selling out. ^_& But i am still for your opinion.

i think the price of a standing ticket should be lower than the hard seat. many people say that if the price is lower ,people will all go to buy a standing ticket.but the standing tickets are sold only if there no other choptions,so we don't even worry about that .
