[求助] in 2.5-ml portions.怎么翻译？

有一段话是这样子的：Bean were ground to a coarse flour in a hand mill, then extracted by stirring for 1 hour at room temperature with 1,500 ml of sodium chloride solution (1%). After centrifugation (27,000*g, 30 min), the supernatant solution was heated at 70℃ for 15 min in 2.5-ml portions. Coagulated protein was removed by centrifugation (27,000 * g, 60 min) and then the solution dialyzed against water at 4℃ overnight. 把豆子用手摇磨研磨成粗粉，向粗粉中加入1%氯化钠1,500 ml 室温下搅拌1小时提取，离心(27,000*g, 30 min), 上清液。。。。。。。 请教高手，后边这一句怎么翻译阿？“in 2.5-ml portions”应该是什么意思啊？ 谢谢了 |
