求大神解释下Current Microbiology杂志的作者指南？

| 本人近期要写一篇为生物方面的综述，准备投Current Microbiology这个杂志，看了下里面的author instructions，不是太理解，求懂得大神帮忙解释解释，不胜感谢 |

A title page only,which includes: • The name(s) of the author(s) • A concise and informative title • The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s) • The e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers of the corresponding author 请问里面的A title page only是不是指其中一份稿件只需要提交标题页，不需要有内容？（然后另外一份匿名，是为了到时候给同行评审用） Do not use field functions， field functions什么意思？ Please use no more than three levels of displayed headings—请不要使用三层以上的标题是什么意思？是不是1 ，1.1 ，1.1.1？ Footnotes to the title or the authors of the article are not given reference symbols. 这句话的意思不是太理解，我觉得是不是讲添加到标题和作者的脚注的符号随意用，没有统一的要求？ |
