[求助] 求翻译一段话,是论文评审意见

在线等~如果翻译的好。可以加金币英文部分不用翻译,只需要将中文翻译成英文~
标题“Proximate compositions, phytochemical constituents, antioxidant activities and phenolic contents of seed and leaves extracts”所说四个研究内容,但实际上研究仅有两部分,即化学成分与抗氧化活性,phytochemical constituents and phenolic contents 重复,后者应该包含在前者中,所以标题不精炼。关键词未能反映研究的重点内容,从摘要中看出论文研究了韭菜叶和韭菜籽不同提取物的金属离子含量、Total phenolic, flavonoid and tannin contents类等化合物,及其抗氧化活性,但关键词中未能反映出这些内容,且关键词中DPPH 与antioxidant activities重复。 “These results suggested that Allium ampeloprasum phenolic compounds could be utilized as a natural antioxidant.”,其实韭菜在各个国家早已用作食品蔬菜,其作用一方面是提供营养,另外也起到抗氧化作用。只不过因为韭菜籽量少,未利用。因此研究的意义不是特别显著。同时选择了两种极性相似,但极性又很弱的hexane, Petroleum ether做提取溶剂,也选择了两种极性大的methanol, ethanol做溶剂提取,使得研究内容虽然很多,但研究内容重复,其结果也没有显著性差异,所以研究的方法也存在缺陷。关于韭菜的营养成分及抗氧化活性,已有文献报道(Food Chemistry 134 (2012) 669–677 Antioxidant capacity, total phenolic and ascorbate content as a function of the genetic diversity of leek (Allium ampeloprasum var. porrum) ),作者应在讨论中对比这些文献,比较出埃及产地与其它不同产地韭菜成分及抗氧化活性的差异,从而体现出研究的价值。论文最后缺乏研究结论。英语语言也需要修改。

The title indicates four research contents but only two parts are studied,manely chemical composition and antioxidant activity. As phytochemical constituents and phenolic contents are almost the same and the former includes the latter,the title is not accurate.

From the abstract it can see that metal ion content ,total phenolic, flavonoid and tannin contents from A and B  are studied but the keyword does not reflect them and DPPH and antioxidant activities overlap .Leek, as a matter of fact,has been used as vegetable everywhere around the world and provides nutrition and antioxidantion. But the seeds are not used for its quantity. As a result the meaning of this paper is not marked. At the same time the choice of hexane and Petroleum ether with similar but weak polarity as extraction solvent and the choice of methanol and ethanol with high polarity make the content rich but overlap. As a result it has no obvious discrepancy and the method is defective. Nutrition and antioxidantion of leek are reported in some papers(Food Chemistry 134 (2012) 669–677 Antioxidant capacity, total phenolic and ascorbate content as a function of the genetic diversity of leek (Allium ampeloprasum var. porrum) ) so the difference of component and antioxidant activity of leek from Egypt and other places is compared in the discussion by comparing these papers. The conclusion is absent in this paper and the language is not standard so it should be checked before another comment.
