The research of the performance of X was carried out through the method that X produces xylanase under liquid fermentation and culture with the method of response surface. The results shows that the optimum temperature of the enzyme is 45℃ and the enzyme activity decreases when the temperature is below 40 ℃ or over 50℃；the optimum pH is 4.5 and the range is between 4.0 and 5.5.enzymatic effect is optimal when zymohydrolysis time is 22 to 25 min; the metal ion like Fe，Zn can improve enzyme activity.
