小弟英语较差,请给位前辈帮忙翻译下几句话吧,多谢! 通过响应面实验设计方法,采用青黄霉霉菌在液态发酵培养条件下产木聚糖酶,对青黄霉菌株酶学性质进行研究,研究表明,该酶的最适作用温度为45 ℃,低于40 ℃或高于50℃时其酶活逐渐减弱;酶的最适pH为4.5,pH稳定范围为4.0~5.5。酶解时间为22~25min时酶解效果最佳。金属离子中Fe、Zn对酶活有促进作用。 不胜感激! 6级没过就是难啊。 [ Last edited by jackssunc on 2013-1-5 at 15:32 ] |

The research of the performance of X was carried out through the method that X produces xylanase under liquid fermentation and culture with the method of response surface. The results shows that the optimum temperature of the enzyme is 45℃ and the enzyme activity decreases when the temperature is below 40 ℃ or over 50℃;the optimum pH is 4.5 and the range is between 4.0 and 5.5.enzymatic effect is optimal when zymohydrolysis time is 22 to 25 min; the metal ion like Fe,Zn can improve enzyme activity. 青黄霉霉菌我没找到词汇,用X代替。希望你能用到。 |
