有经验的投稿者推荐怎样修改文章

我投了“CURRENT MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY”，根据外审意见修改一次后，编辑给我回信如下： However we regret to inform you that the manuscript has been found to have a number of linguistic inconsistencies and typographical errors. It cannot be therefore proceeded for further in-house processing in its present form for publication. The manuscript needs to be carefully checked and edited by a professional language editor before we can process it for publication. Please understand that the chances of acceptance of a manuscript increase significantly if it is written in good English and is free of errors. 意思应该是英语写作不过关，希望能从这寻一个“ professional language editor”帮忙看一下，征询一些建议。万分感谢！ |
