| 硅胶炼胶不均匀导致硅胶中“C、O、SI”含量偏差较大，当“SI”含量低于35%同时“C”含量高于35%时会出现硅胶破裂不良情况；造成成分C、O、SI的含量成份相差较大的主要原因是因为原料在混炼时未混炼均匀。由于原料混炼量较大（原混炼量为每手20Kg,同时混炼时间较短每手共计混料50分钟)，使得混炼时硫化剂混炼不均匀，硅胶原料中的硫化剂存在个别区域硫化剂少或个别区域硫化剂多的情况出现。硫化剂少的区域，成型后手感明显段落感不良（由此造成的不良生产时可挑选），硫化剂多的区域会出现分子结构的变化，使其弹性加强。 |

In the area of large vulcanizer,it appears the changes in the molecular structure, which strengthens its elasticity. |
