关于引用其他文献的copyright permission已有1人参与

第一次在写文章的过程中完全引用了另外一篇文章的一张图，根据所投杂志的要求，需要获得杂志的copyright的使用权限。这篇文章是我的这篇文章的第二作者。因为springer的使用权需要收费，大概200dolar，于是，我就让第二作者申请这个permission，因为是自己的研究成果，因而是免费的。 现在一审意见回来了，其中利用的additional information还需要提供这个permission。以下是我获得的permission。不知道有没有同仁从springer上申请过没有，能不能分享一下，看看permission到底长什么样子？ 以下是我从springer上申请之后网站上的首页截图（本来想传截图，不知为什么小木虫上传图片功能失效）： SPRINGER LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS --------------- This is a License Agreement between ×× Xu ("You"  and Springer ("Springer" providedby Copyright Clearance Center ("CCC" . 必须要给springer写信吗？我是在http://www.copyright.com/上申请的，然后得到了跟你主楼贴出的同样的SPRINGER LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS，把这个发给新文章要投的期刊编辑就行了吗？ |
