| 采用动电位极化曲线、循环极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了904L不锈钢在氢氟酸和浓硫酸混合液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:氢氟酸质量分数低于2%时,对904L不锈钢在浓硫酸中的腐蚀有抑制作用;氢氟酸质量分数高于2%时,对904L不锈钢在浓硫酸中的腐蚀有促进作用。随着氢氟酸质量分数的增加,904L不锈钢的腐蚀有电化学步骤控制转变为传质和电化学步骤混合控制。EIS随着氢氟酸质量分数的增加从1个时间常数变为2个时间常数,即表现为高频容抗弧和低频感抗弧。 |

The polarization curve, cyclic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS ) on a 904L stainless steel in hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid are mixed liquid corrosion behavior. The results showed that: hydrofluoric acid mass fraction is less than 2%, the 904L stainless steel in concentrated sulphuric acid corrosion inhibition; hydrofluoric acid mass fraction is higher than 2%, the 904L stainless steel in concentrated sulphuric acid corrosion have stimulative effect. With the increase of mass fraction of hydrofluoric acid, 904L stainless steel corrosion, electrochemical step control to mass transfer and electrochemical step hybrid control. EIS with hydrofluoric acid mass fraction increased from 1 time constant for the 2 time constants, namely performance for capacitive arc at high frequency and low frequency inductive arc. |
