墨尔本大学材料公证求助？

我是申请CSC-墨尔本大学项目，申请材料中有些地方我不理解：You must arrange for your academic transcripts to be certified by either: i) A University of Melbourne authorised agent http://go.unimelb.edu.au/2kj. OR ii) The China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Centre http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn We recommend that you arrange certification for option ii/ at the same time as you submit your application. 最后一句话的意思是不是我再邮寄申请材料的同时，再向中国学位和研究生管理中心办理成绩单公证？材料都邮寄了，办理此公证的意义何在？谢谢！ |

The China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Centre 就是常说的清华认证。 澳洲的有些大学对国内的一些大学的成绩单要求做清华认证的。这个认证的效力等同于去公证处做的公证。做好了认证后申请签证的时候也可以用的。 不过貌似价格也不便宜，关键是非常慢。 至于其他盖公章的材料，一般来讲，就是学位证，毕业证和成绩单了。申请签证的时候可能还要出生公证或者是户口本的公证件。 |

您好，我今年准备申请CSC-墨尔本大学公派读博项目，目前正准备向墨尔本大学提交申请材料，属于小白，材料中有2个要求我不明白： （1）You must arrange for your academic transcripts to be certified by either: i) A University of Melbourne authorised agent http://go.unimelb.edu.au/2kj. OR ii) The China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Centre http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn We recommend that you arrange certification for option ii/ at the same time as you submit your application. （2） A certified copy is a copy of an original document that has been signed and stamped by an appropriate authority (eg Justice of the Peace, barrister or solicitor, principal of school, doctor, dentist, pharmacist, veterinary practitioner, policeofficer, notary, clerk of court, or an official records officer from the institution that issued the original document) indicating that they have sighted the original. The certified copy is the document the official has signed. A photocopy or scan of that document is not acceptable. Documents in languages other than English must be accompanied by an English translation that has been certified as an accurate translation. 它的意思是成绩单需要中国学位和研究生教育办公证（清华认证），其他材料也必须找公证处公证？我的疑问是（1）我可不可以不公证这些材料，等录取后办签证再公证？（2）或者把所有材料交给公证处公证（包括成绩单），不去清华认证？(3)We recommend that you arrange certification for option ii/ at the same time as you submit your application.的意思是不是先把申请材料邮寄过去，再去清华认证？期盼您的回复，谢谢！ |
