The Krafft points were
determined photometrically, using the same home-made
apparatus as that used by Tokiwa and Matsumotoe for
cloud point measurements of nonionic surfactant solutions.
The transmittance of light through sample solutions and
the temperature of the solution measured with a thermister
were plotted on an X-Y recorder. The temperature at
which the transmittance equalled that of pure water was
taken as the Krafft point. The reproducibility of the
measured Krafft points was within f0.3 "C. The Krafft
points of DAPA were measured at its isoelectric point (pH
6.6 f 0.1'O).

Procedures. Krafft Point and Cmc Measurements. The
Krafft point was determined from the abrupt increase in the
electrical conductivity as a function of temperature. Conductivity
was measured after the solution equilibrium was
attained at a given temperature in a thermostat controlled to
within f0.02 "C. Cmc was measured by the electrical conductivity-
concentration curve at constant temperature.

方法很多,像最长常用的目视比色法(Lin,  J. Colloid Interface Sci. 2005),还有电导法(Hirata, Langmuir1996)、UV-vis法(chu, Langmuir2012)都可以的。
