Above are the volunteers who shared their interview experiences with us on our main topic. Thank you for your sharing, guys. We have learnt a lot from your wonderful experiences. It will be much helpful for our future interviews.

Here are some points I have learnt from you:
A. Preparing for an interview is very important. It is not only related to our own abilities but also the information of the company and the interview. We need to note our dress, to know whether the job is suitable for us. Am I like that job? Will the job be interesting? Is it my hobby?
B. You may feel nervous for the first interview. However, after many times you will feel confident. There are so many types of interviews. If you want to cope successfully with them, you have to improve your abilities for a long time, both major knowledge and communication skills. It will benefit you a lot if you have special abilities among your competitors, for example, fluent oral English.
C. Every interview is a precious chance for us. We should cherish the opportunity. No matter we succeed or not, we can learn our advantages and disadvantages from it. It will help us to learn ourselves and to make sufficient preparation in the future.
D. What¡¯s your undergraduate school? Is it having the decisive effect on your job choosing? While it seems that different people have different opinion. Whatever your opinion is, try to improve your abilities to hunt a job that is your job.
