Nanyang Technological University Phd Position

There are several openings for graduate students to do a PhD in theoretical optics and photonics in the new research group of Assistant Professor Chong Yi Dong at Singapore's Nanyang Technological University. The positions are fully funded for up to five years, including tuition and living expenses. The research covers the theory of photonic crystals, lasers, and other nanophotonic systems, as well as condensed-matter theory.
