[求助] 论文小修,审稿人只提了一条修改意见,但不太容易修改,100金币求助。

一2两分多的杂志,研究的是LSD1、E-cadherin、N-cadherin在某肿瘤的表达及其临床意义。审稿人意见如下:This study is a well done retrospective pathologic archive histologic classification of colon cancer based on LSD1 and E,N-cadherin with a concise and informative discussion of biology leading to metastasis and poor outcome.  In your discussion it would be important to note that prospective study to confirm these findings while at same time using a control group compared to LSD1 treatment group would be needed to validate theories of clinical applicability!
我想把这点意见加到以下这段话中,求教各位高人帮忙修改,不甚感谢。
Due to the high structural and mechanistic similarities between LSD1 and amine oxidases, monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors such as pargyline, tranylcypromine and polyamine analogues have been shown to inhibit LSD1 enzymatic activity [38]. In  vitro experiments, these inhibitors can inhibit LSD1 expression in cancer cells and affect a reexpression of multiple, aberrantly silenced genes important in the development of cancer [38]. Lv et al. reported that interruption of LSD1 using siRNA or pargyline could suppress proliferation, migration and invasion of non-small cell lung cancer cells [13]. Despite some good basic research results, further effort should be made to validate their clinical application value in cancer treatment.

dingjieboy: 金币+20, 翻译EPI+1, 有帮助, 感谢您提供的帮助!但我是想把审稿人的意见(第一段的红字部分)加到我的讨论(第二段的红字部分,尚未修改)中去。这个审稿人的意见也有点怪,我并没有做到LSD1的干预实验,只是做了LSD1、E-cadherin、N-cadherin在结肠癌表达的检测。却要我在讨论部分加LSD1干预的临床实验进去,实在为难。 2012-12-06 14:47:30
