各位好，之前在IEEE transactions 上录用了一篇文章，当时发给我了一些相关说明，其中有
“If you would like to present your accepted transactions paper at a future PES conference you will need to upload your transactions paper abstract only to the submission and review site. Please access the PES web site at http://www.ieee-pes.org for additional information. Note that submission sites open 34 weeks prior to the conference date.”
当时在“author center”里有相关的选项，当时选择了不在未来PES会议交流展示。
但是现在其中一个作者想参加明年的PES会议，请问，我现在还能反悔不，还能再把这篇文章用于PES会议么？
有没有相同经历或经验的虫友提供点意见，非常感谢！
