[交流] Have you met the awkward situation like this?

A friend married last week, but i forgot to give my red packets.
If i meet him, how to explain to him and what can i do?

I also didn't meet such situation before. In some cases, your friend or his/her partner will be unsatisfied with what you have done, so it's reasonable for you to consider the consequence. If it's a good friend to you, maybe you can buy some gift for the  new couple with the red packet together, usually a explanation and apology are necessary. All the above seems a little trivial, but they are necessay in China which emphasize traditional courtesies.
