请教European journal of medicinal chemistry投稿问题
大家好！请教大家一个问题，我现在是第一次投文章，有很多地方不懂，现在请教大家两个问题，首先在投文章时，有一项是“Enter comments”其中的要求是：“At the 'Enter Comments' submission step in EES, you can enter any comments you would like to include with your manuscript submission. These should be regarding the manuscript you are submitting to the journal and be directed to the Journal Editor, they can include any supporting notes that you feel are relevant to the submission itself.”我想请教一下大家，这个comments怎么写啊？另外，想问一下大家，在推荐审稿人时推荐中国人好还是外国人好啊？非常感谢！
