Weather keep changing, wet and cold make me feel tired

Recently, the weather keep changing, and temperature difference become extremely obvious, and will easily catch cold. We may not discover that our body is resisting the weather change and it cost a lot of energy, and so result in a mood of very tired. To recover from that situation, honey in warm water (not in hot water or the vitamins are gone) with piece of lime, and foot massage in warm water (not in hot water or your feet can be served on dinning table) will help relax....Oh, I really need that. Check the humidity if you have this apparatus called hygrometer. 50-70% would be good for living room. Too dry (<50%) will easily cause static discharge which is very uncomfortable Too wet (>70%) will start moisture growing turning into mouldy |

Good question, however, TaiJiQuan could only be learned when the master is next to you, because many minor hints to remember and form one step, and smooth from one to another step may need days to monthes. It is often said, a TaiJiQuan of 24 simplified steps as basic training will need monthes to complete and years to practise.
