摘要:利用层接层自组装技术,以具有抗菌性质的A与B为构筑单元制备了一种新型抗菌纳米复合膜。研究了薄膜的电化学、热稳定性及抗菌性能,并通过扫描电镜对其表面形貌进行了研究。研究结果表明:薄膜中原料B电化学性质被保持下来,但氧化还原可逆性降低;薄膜在0℃~100℃范围内具有很好的热稳定性,同时也具有很好的杀菌性,对大肠杆菌杀菌12小时,杀菌率高达88%±1%;薄膜表面由于B或A的聚集形成少量纳米级球形颗粒,但仍具有很好的透明度和光滑度。
