| 摘要：利用层接层自组装技术，以具有抗菌性质的A与B为构筑单元制备了一种新型抗菌纳米复合膜。研究了薄膜的电化学、热稳定性及抗菌性能，并通过扫描电镜对其表面形貌进行了研究。研究结果表明：薄膜中原料B电化学性质被保持下来，但氧化还原可逆性降低；薄膜在0℃~100℃范围内具有很好的热稳定性，同时也具有很好的杀菌性，对大肠杆菌杀菌12小时，杀菌率高达88%±1%；薄膜表面由于B或A的聚集形成少量纳米级球形颗粒，但仍具有很好的透明度和光滑度。 |

| Abstract: Using layer layer self-assembly technique to have antibacterial properties of A and B are prepared to build a unit of a new antibacterial nanocomposite film. Film electrochemical, thermal stability and anti-bacterial properties, and its surface morphology by scanning electron microscopy study. Research results show that: the raw material B electrochemical properties of the film is preserved, but redox lower reversibility; film having a good thermal stability in the range of 0 ° C to 100 ° C, but also has good bactericidal, colorectal subtilis sterilization 12 hours, the sterilization rate is up to 88% ± 1%; film surface is formed due to the aggregation of B or A small amount of nano-sized spherical particles, but still has a good transparency and smoothness. |
