这说明了Mg2+离子与Er3+离子进入到了铌酸锂晶格(晶格 crystal lattice )中,晶体结构(crystal structure )未发生大的变化,但因为掺入的Mg2+离子与Er3+离子的半径与铌酸锂晶体中的Li+和Nb5+离子半径(半径 radius )有差别,因此使晶胞的大小、形状及原子位置都发生微小变化,对应在衍射图中衍射峰(衍射峰 diffraction peak)的位置和强度有所变化

This demonstrates the entry of Mg2+ and Er3+ into the crystal lattice of lithium niobate and crystal structure changes a little. The radius of Mg2+ and Er3+ incorporated is different from that of Li+ and Nb5+ in the crystal lattice of lithium niobate,so the size, form of cell and the position of atom is slightly changed and in turn the position and intension of diffraction peak in the diffraction pattern changes.
